General Position Information
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with design, photography, and print contractors to create and manage content for print and interactive media. Experience with medical devices is ideal. Experience working in the Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with best practices in content creation for print and web design is required. Candidates will be asked to submit a portfolio of work.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work with Marketing and Sales to develop print and interactive media content
• Identify and manage vendor relationships
• Create and modify graphic design files as necessary
• Post and modify website content
• Utilize correct grammar and spelling in design projects
• Adhere to the Parcus style guide in all marketing materials
• Maintain efficient filing and back-up procedures for graphics materials
• Submit new/updated materials for review/approval via the internal change order system
• Respond to stakeholder requests for graphic design files
• Other graphic design and communications responsibilities as required

Required Qualifications:
• Comfortable working in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premier Pro
• Comfortable working with Microsoft office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Familiar with file archiving procedures

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, public relations, marketing or advertising (or equivalent work experience)
• Experience working with and managing contractors that fulfill graphic design, photography, and web design functions
