Job Description: Marketing Manager

  • Copywriting for marketing materials including print and web collateral, editorials, descriptions and more
  • Monthly reporting for all clients
  • Conduct research, compile data and prepare presentations
  • Assist in meeting specific sales goals and producing profits directly tied to marketing campaigns
  • Provide guidance to clients as needed
  • Act as the first line of contact for various third party relationships
  • Assist in developing promotional strategies
  • Occasional travel to tradeshows and industry and property events
  • Research and implement marketing initiatives to attract new prospects
  • Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing materials
  • Analyze and track success of marketing campaigns
  • Manage applicable marketing budget, track and report on all marketing campaigns
  • Management and expansion of existing third party relationships
  • Assisting in writing and editing of sales and marketing materials, which include articles, presentations, and collateral
  • Skills, Education, and Experience
  • Strong Copywriting skills
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to excel in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with co-workers. Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once while completing quality work on a timely basis
  • Ability to develop and manage a budget
  • Ability to communicate with precision and clarity
  • Excellent project management skills demonstrated ability to successfully multitask
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
